Eligibility

The Hoosays Drawing ("Drawing") is sponsored solely by Hoosays. There is no purchase, entry fee or payment necessary to enter, win, or obtain information about the Prize. This Drawing is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Any entrant under the age of 18 years old, must submit an Entry Form signed by a parent or legal guardian. Employees of Hoosays, its affiliates, and the parents, spouses or children of Hoosays are not eligible.

How to Enter

Entrants must click the "I Agree" check box when filling out a review.. Entries must be posted at the Hoosays website.

Winner, Selection, Acceptance

The Winner will be selected by Drawing on or about the last day of the month. Winner must personally accept the Prize, by replying to the email agreement in form approved by Hoosays confirming acceptance of the Prize and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions within 14 days. Any failure to meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions or in the acceptance agreement before the acceptance deadline will result in forfeiture of the Prize and a new Winner will be selected. The new Winner will have 14 days from the Drawing date to meet the acceptance requirements or the Prize will be forfeited and a new Winner will be selected.

Winner Notification

The Winner will be notified by telephone, email or by postal mail at the telephone number and address provided at the time of entry. Any Winner notification returned as undeliverable without a forwarding address will result in Prize forfeiture and an alternative Winner may be selected.

Conduct

Hoosays reserves the right to disqualify any participant or Winner who, in its sole suspicion, violates these Terms and Conductions.

Exclusion of Warranty

The Prize will be subject to the applicable manufacturer's standard warranty. Hoosays is not in the business of selling products or services other than this website and does not make, and expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Prize.

Taxes are Winner's Responsibility

The Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state and, if assessed, local income, sales and excise taxes resulting from receiving the Prize.

Publicity

You agree to allow User Submissions, likenesses and/or information about you to be used for publication, telecast, advertising and/or publicity purposes by Hoosays.

The rights granted to Hoosays include, without limitation, the right to publish, print, distribute, telecast, cablecast, or otherwise exhibit your User Submissions, pictures, likenesses and/or information by print, television, radio, digital transmission, multiple distribution system, the internet and by any other means of transmission and reception of information or images whether now known or hereafter developed. You agree that the rights granted under this Agreement are irrevocable and that you retain no right to inspect or approve the finished product or products, the advertising copy, prints or other methods by which your User Submission, pictures, images and likenesses may be communicated or presented.

Privacy Policy

Hoosays will explicitly ask you when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information"). We use your Personal Information to improve this site and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services, and products.

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable the site to relate your use of the site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided to the site.
